The percentages of this cuvée have remained a secret. The maceration lasted almost a week – fermentation with indigenous yeasts. It followed the maturation for one year in barriques. A nectar was born with an enormous aromatic concentration and an incredible taste – olfactory complexity.
Recommended temperature 6-8 C °
